The State of Texas has named Surterra Wellness as one of the three organizations permitted to cultivate, extract, and dispense approved medical cannabis products under the state’s Compassionate Use Act. A Surterra Wellness location in McAllen may open at some point to service Pharr, Mission, San Juan, Alamo and Hidalgo county overall. The program is still in its infancy, however as it expands so will Surterra locations throughout Texas. Surterra is dedicated to building far stronger standards in the cultivation, extraction, and production to help provide patients with a Qualifying Condition that have received a MMJ prescription from a Certified Prescribing Doctor. It is the company’s mission to bring the natural, therapeutic benefits of cannabis-based products to qualified patients in McAllen, Pharr, Mission, San Juan, Alamo and the surrounding areas. The company will be offering home and physician office delivery services to ensure all patients on the TX Compassionate Use Registry are able to access products as recommended on a monthly basis.
