Texas Medical Marijuana Qualifying Conditions
Qualifying conditions to become a medical marijuana patient under the current TX medical marijuana program are limited to:
Texas allows for the use of CBD oil only.
- Intractable epilepsy
For more information, please refer to Senate Bill 339.
As the TX program evolves, more qualifying conditions may be added. Here is a link to qualifying debilitating medical conditions that have been approved for medical marijuana use in other states. Some examples of these are cancer, ALS, HIV, AIDS, MS and PTSD. Being one of the largest states, Texas residents suffer with these as well as many more that cannabis is recommended for. These conditions are treated by CBD as well as THC depending on the state laws.
We are now pre-registering patients on Texas Dispensaries as real cannabis legalization in Texas comes closer. If you would like to be on the early list to receive notices as well as the forms as they become available, just fill out the pre-registration form below.
